Streams of Mercy

Sanka Nyamba

We travelled about 15 km out of Kolwezi to a small rural village called Sanka Nyamba.

Many children gathered so initially we ministered using our sheep puppet to
tell the story of the lost sheep.
Pastor Israel then played a Bible passage on the PROCLAIMER and followed it up with questions. Again it was evident that it was clearly heard, even in the open, and was understood. Several men related the story back to us and even gave a good interpretation of the
meaning of the parable .
It was the parable of the fig tree and one man said ' it means God expects us to be fruitful'
and another talked about being given a second chance.
When Pastor Israel made a Gospel appeal 8 men from the village responded. The men here were very intereseted in the PROCLAIMER as they didn't have Bibles in Swahili.
